• Housing mounted to roof

• Possibly reduce the size of the PCB to remove extra space
• Fix the gap on the housing to prevent water from entering

Firmware
  * Implement diagnostic health checks
  * Save battery by turning off XBee when not in use
  * When low battery or solar panel problem, send error packet/message
